Return and Exchange Policy
At Darbar Craft, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. We offer an exchange-only policy for products that meet the criteria outlined below.
Eligibility for Exchange
Product(s) can be exchanged within 3 days of receiving your order. Please note, we do not offer refunds—product(s) can only be exchanged for the same item, not for any other product(s).
Criteria for Exchange
Product(s) are eligible for exchange if they are received damaged, broken, or incorrect. To initiate an exchange, you must provide an unboxing video along with a picture of the damaged/broken/incorrect product(s) and send it to info@darbarcraft.com or WhatsApp us at +91-6307457006 within 48 hours of receiving the item(s). Please include your preferred remedy (exchange) in the message.
The product(s) must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Shipping
Once your exchange is approved, we will arrange a pick-up for the product(s).
If the returned product(s) is found to be used, the item(s) will be reshipped to you. Refusing to accept the reshipped product(s) will disqualify you from any further exchange eligibility.
